On June 22, the 2024 SKS Marketing Center Skill Competition and Sales Business Training Event was grandly opened at the Pastoral Study Camp in Daren Village. The event was sponsored by the Yong jiang Sub-district Federation of Trade Unions and hosted by the SKS Hydraulic Union. Colleagues from the Technical Center were invited to conduct training on the company's current product types, development trends, application conditions, and company business software operation precautions. The purpose is to further enhance the overall product knowledge literacy of the marketing team, ensure that every member can understand the company's product dynamics, keep up with the pace of the industry, and provide customers with more accurate and efficient services.


In June, which is full of vitality and knowledge, with full enthusiasm and desire for knowledge, even though it was a rest day on Saturday, every member of the marketing center still gathered on time to go to Daren Village. In order to ensure high concentration and learning efficiency during the training, all participants actively responded to the call and handed in their mobile phones to the designated area after arriving at the training site, creating a non-interference and pure learning environment.


At the beginning of the training, Chief Engineer Xu Jian jiang of the General Engineering Office gave an in-depth and easy-to-understand explanation from the origin of hydraulics, the current development history of hydraulic assemblies at home and abroad, to the product characteristics of several major hydraulic manufacturers in China. In order to enable marketing comrades to more intuitively understand the functions of various components of the hydraulic system, Chief Engineer Xu compared the hydraulic system to various organs of the human body. The hydraulic pump is our heart, and the filter is equivalent to our kidneys... Only by knowing the functions of each component can our sales staff help customers solve application problems faster.


During the study break, the company's labor union also provided everyone with a variety of fresh bread, purified water and snacks, so that we can feel a little sweetness and relaxation after the intense study. This meticulous care undoubtedly added a bit of warmth and vitality to our training activities.


After the training, in order to test the learning results, we immediately organized a field marketing personnel skills competition. The assessment content is closely related to the training content, and the learning and mastery of each member is comprehensively evaluated. Everyone took the exam with a serious attitude, showing the rigorous and realistic spirit of SKS Hydraulics people. After careful review by the conference affairs group, Zhu Yinping, leader of the foreign trade development group, won the first place in this competition with an excellent score of 98 points. We commended the top six comrades in this competition, and the content of the test was closely related to the training content. These honors are not only a recognition of their personal efforts, but also an incentive and encouragement to all members. Finally, all participants took a group photo to freeze this unforgettable moment, and also left us with precious memories of learning and progressing together.


Business knowledge training activities are not only a recharge of knowledge, but also a cohesion of team spirit.
